Recently, the campus community was shaken by the discovery of a dead body around 5 AM, later identified as a fourth-year Biological Science student. Reports indicate that the victim was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend, sending shockwaves through the university.

Now, another tragic incident has surfaced. A student was brutally attacked on his way to his hostel by an unknown assailant, reportedly an “Akwashie”—a local term for street bullies. The attack left the student with severe head injuries, including damage to one of his eyes.
